I am interested how both can inspire, yet easily be dismissed at the same time 1974- Born, Wahiawa, HI 1996- BFA in painting and printmaking from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma WA 2001- MFA in ceramics from The University of Hawai’i at Manoa 2000- Recipient of the H. John Heide Fellowship in Art Award 2001- Recipient of the Pilchuck Partner Scholarship, Pilchuck Glass School, Stanwood WA 2008, 2009, 2010- SFCA Recognition awards Work can be found in private collections here in Hawaii, California, Washington, New York, Japan, and London Has instructed at UH Manoa, Our Redeemer Schools, Waipahu Elem., Ala Wai and Koko Head Community Parks, Honolulu Academy of Arts, Art Center at Linekona, Hawaii Potters Guild, and Sacred Hearts Academy.
